Nick Minnion n
Nick was born in Guildford in 1957 and grew up in South London where he started playing guitar aged 8. Asked by a local headmaster to teach a group of primary school kids, Nick gave his first guitar lesson when he was still only 15. He continued to teach guitar part time throughout the 1970s. In the 1980s Nick moved to Brighton to make hang gliders and microlights before returning, now fulltime, to guitar teaching in the early 90s. |

He set up, in 1995, Nick's Music Studios which grew to become the City's largest private music teaching institution. These days Nick continues to teach 1:1 as well as directing the Brighton Rock School project and developing websites, all of which are based on guitar teaching. His enthusiasm and passion for teaching and willingness to work with students of every level of ability has helped Nick build a depth of understanding of guitar teaching that is respected worldwide! |
